Milk chocolate pie

| 1 | Graham cracker crust | |
| ½ | pounds | Good quality milk chocolate | 
| ¼ | cup | Milk | 
| 3½ | cup | Whipped cream | 
| Semi- sweet chocolate chips; (the mini-kind if you can Find them) | ||
Directions
Prepare the graham cracker crust and side it aside. Break the chocolate bar into pieces. Melt chocolate with the milk on the top of a double boiler, over hot but not boiling water. Cool completely. Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Pour into the graham cracker crust. Garnish with the mini-chips. Cover; chill several hours until firm. Can also be frozen.
