1canWater chestnuts
1canSliced mushrooms
1canMixed Chinese vegetables,
Drained
Soy sauce
Parsleyed garlic salt
3cupsCooked rice
1canCondensed cream of mushroom
Soup

Directions

Saute chopped onions, celery and green pepper in butter. Add ground beef and brown. Drain off excess fat. Add undiluted soup, Chinese vegetables, drained sliced water chestnuts, and mushrooms.
