Chinese hamburger

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Onions, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
4 Stalks of celery, chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
1 pounds Ground beef
1 can Water chestnuts
1 can Sliced mushrooms
1 can Mixed Chinese vegetables,
Soy sauce
Parsleyed garlic salt
3 cups Cooked rice
1 can Condensed cream of mushroom

Saute chopped onions, celery and green pepper in butter. Add ground beef and brown. Drain off excess fat. Add undiluted soup, Chinese vegetables, drained sliced water chestnuts, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with soy sauce, about 2 tb., and garlic salt. Heat thoroughly and serve over rice, thinning with a little water or wine. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 03-13-95
