| 1 | cup | Hot water |
| ½ | can | (4-oz) green chiles |
| ½ | pounds | Monterey Jack cheese; chopped |
| 1 | carton | (small) sour cream |
| \N | \N | Black pepper & salt |
Mix all & pour into greased casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Serves 6-8.
