Chili rice #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Instant rice
1 cup Hot water
½ can (4-oz) green chiles
½ pounds Monterey Jack cheese; chopped
1 carton (small) sour cream
Black pepper & salt

Mix all & pour into greased casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Serves 6-8.
