Rice and chili

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Raw rice; cooked
1 pint Sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon Accent
4 cups Chopped green chiles
2 cups Grated sharp Cheddar
Paprika

Combine all ingredients except paprika & ½ cup of the cheese. (Use fewer chiles according to individual tastes). Mix well & pour into casserole. Top with remaining cheese & a generous sprinkling of paprika. Bake until bubbly.
