Rice and chili

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Raw rice; cooked |
| 1 | pint | Sour cream |
| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
| ¼ | teaspoon | Accent |
| 4 | cups | Chopped green chiles |
| 2 | cups | Grated sharp Cheddar |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except paprika & ½ cup of the cheese. (Use fewer chiles according to individual tastes). Mix well & pour into casserole. Top with remaining cheese & a generous sprinkling of paprika. Bake until bubbly.
