Rice and chili

Ingredients

1cupRaw rice; cooked
1pintSour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
¼teaspoonAccent
4cupsChopped green chiles
2cupsGrated sharp Cheddar
Paprika

Directions

Combine all ingredients except paprika & ½ cup of the cheese. (Use fewer chiles according to individual tastes). Mix well & pour into casserole. Top with remaining cheese & a generous sprinkling of paprika. Bake until bubbly.
