Chili sauce #1

Measure Ingredient
24 larges Tomatoes -- peeled and
\N \N Chopped
3 larges Red peppers -- seeded and
\N \N Chopped
4 larges Green peppers -- seeded and
\N \N Chopped
2 \N Hot peppers -- seeded and
\N \N Chopped
1 cup Sugar
3 cups Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Salt
4 larges Onions
2 \N Cloves garlic
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
2 teaspoons Ginger
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ teaspoon Pepper

Combine all the ingredients except the spices in a large kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the spices and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Check the seasoning and texture and cook longer if it needs thickening. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
