Brown rice #1

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1cupLong grain rice
½cupChopped onion
½cupChopped bell pepper
1Stick butter
1can(13.75-oz) beef or chicken bouillon

Directions

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Remove and brown rice in same pan.

Then add onion and bell pepper and bouillon. Bake covered at 325 for 45 minutes. Good with any kind of wild game.
