Chicken breast casserole

4Chicken breasts
½poundsMushrooms, sliced
1Green pepper, diced
1Med. onion, diced
2Cans Beef bullion (10 3/4oz)
½cupWhite wine
¾cupUncooked minute rice

Directions

Brown chicken breasts in butter and remove. Brown the mujshrooms, onion, and pepper in butter. Place everything in casserole with the chicken breasts on top. Bake in oven, covered, for 2 hrs. at 350 F.

Remove lid for the last 15 minutes. Serves 4
