Chicken and raw vegetable salad

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Chopped celery
1 cup Shredded carrots
2 tablespoons Minced parsley
\N dash Freshly ground pepper
¾ cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Herb 'N' Spice
\N \N Wine Vinegar


Remove bones, skin, fat, and gristle from chicken. Combine with celery, carrots, parsley, seasonings and mayonnaise. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce and watercress.
