1 | Bag of frozen mixed vegetables | |
2 | cups | Chopped cooked chicken |
1 | can | Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup |
1 | can | Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup |
1 | tablespoon | Poultry seasoning; (up to 2) |
2 | cups | Bisquick |
1⅓ | cup | Milk |
2 | tablespoons | Parsley or chives |
Directions
1. Combine soups, poultry seasoning, chicken and vegetables; mix well.
2. Combine Bisquick and milk (will be the consistency of pancake batter, add more milk if needed); pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parsley or chives
3. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
