Chicken/biscuit casserole

1Bag of frozen mixed vegetables
2cupsChopped cooked chicken
1canCampbell's Cream of Chicken soup
1canCampbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
1tablespoonPoultry seasoning; (up to 2)
2cupsBisquick
1⅓cupMilk
2tablespoonsParsley or chives

Directions

1. Combine soups, poultry seasoning, chicken and vegetables; mix well.

2. Combine Bisquick and milk (will be the consistency of pancake batter, add more milk if needed); pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parsley or chives

3. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
