Yield: 12 Servings
|1 cup||Pecans; chopped|
|1||Stick margarine; softened|
|1 pack||(8-oz) cream cheese; softened|
|2 cups||Confectioners sugar|
|1||Carton; (9-oz) cool whip|
|1 can||Cherry Pie filling OR your favorite pie filling|
Mix first four ingredients well and press into bottom of 9x11-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown. Soften cream cheese and mix with confectioners sugar. Add cool whip and spread over cooled crust. Pour one can pie filling over top. Chill well.
