Cherry cheese pie #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
1 can (14-oz) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
⅓ cup ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 can (21-oz) cherry pie filling; chilled

In large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon brand and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

Strawberry Cheese Pie: Omit cherry pie filling. Top with 1 quart fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled, and 1 (16-oz) package prepared strawberry glaze, chilled.
