Cheesy turkey and vegetable pizza

1canRefrigerated pizza crust
¼cupOlive oil
1canPizza sauce
¾poundsTurkey breast -- cubed
1Clove garlic -- minced
1smallOnion -- thin rings
1Green pepper -- thin rings
½poundsMushrooms -- sliced
1canRipe olives -- sliced
cupParmesan cheese -- grated
1teaspoonBasil -- crushed
1cupMonterey Jack cheese --
Shred
1cupMuenster cheese -- shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F. Unroll dough and press into greased 12 inch pizza pan. Brush 1 T oil evenly over dough, then spread with pizza sauce. Heat remaining ¼ c oil in large skillet over medium high heat until hot. Add turkey cubes and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes.

Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes longer or until turkey is tender and no longer pink. Spoon turkey mixture evenly over sauce. Top with olives. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil. Top with Monterey Jack and Muenster cheeses. Bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden.
