Cheesy bacon pizza

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 8 inch Italian Bread Shells
(pizza crust) in bread
Section
8 Tomato slices
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano, crushed
¼ teaspoon Dried basil, crushed
dash Pepper
3 ounces Canadian bacon, chopped
¾ cup Monterey jack cheese,
Shredded

Preheat oven to 450

Place bread shells on cookie sheet. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with spices. Top with Canadian bacon and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.

May substitute pita bread rounds if necessary.
