Cheese-celery-crabmeat cocktail

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Celery; diced |
| 2 | cups | Cooked crabmeat; chilled |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chili sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced onion |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
| 2 | Sliced mild cheddar cheese; grated | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce as the first course, or if desired, serve as a salad for lunch or dinner. Serve on melba rounds as an appetizer.
