Cheese-celery-crabmeat cocktail

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Celery; diced
2 cups Cooked crabmeat; chilled
2 tablespoons Chili sauce
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Minced onion
1¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
2 \N Sliced mild cheddar cheese; grated

Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce as the first course, or if desired, serve as a salad for lunch or dinner. Serve on melba rounds as an appetizer.
