Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | Celery; diced |
2 cups | Cooked crabmeat; chilled |
2 tablespoons | Chili sauce |
2 tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | Minced onion |
1¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
2 \N | Sliced mild cheddar cheese; grated |
Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce as the first course, or if desired, serve as a salad for lunch or dinner. Serve on melba rounds as an appetizer.
