Candy noodle trifles

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Butterscotch bits
1 cup Spanish peanuts
2 cups Chow mein noodles

Melt bits in a pan or bowl over pan of hot wate. Slowly add nuts and noodles; stir until coated with butterscotch. Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Keep cool.
