Cherry noodle kugel

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Noodles; cooked & drained |
| 1 | cup | Crushed Pineapple |
| 16 | ounces | Fruit Cocktail; drained |
| ½ | cup | Maraschino Cherries; quartered with juice |
| 3 | Eggs; beaten | |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | Apple; peeled & sliced thin | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Cinnamon |
| 1 | dash | Sugar |
| 1 | dash | Cinnamon;, (more) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients together, except last two.
Pour into greased 13 x 9" pan. Sprinkle on the sugar and more cinnamon on top.
Bake 35-40 minutes on top rack of oven. Freezes well.
NOTES : A pretty, pink kugel.
