Strawberry trifles

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Strawberries
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Water
8 ounces Frozen nondairy whipped
\N \N Topping, thawed
12 \N Unfilled lady fingers

Reserve 6 whole strawberries with stems for garnsih. Hull remaining berries. Process about half of the berries with sugar & water in blender or food processor until almost pureed but still chunky.

Scrape into large bowl. Thinly slice remaining berries & stir into berry mixture. Fold in whipping topping. Divide mixture into 6 individual bowls. cut lady fingers in half, crosswise, & stick cut end down into strawberry cream around edge of bowl. Garnish with remaining berries.
