Candy bar fudge

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
⅓ cup Baking cocoa
¼ cup Packed brown sugar
¼ cup Milk
3½ cup Confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
30 \N Caramels; unwrapped
1 tablespoon Water
2 cups Salted peanuts
½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate pieces
½ cup Milk chocolate chips

In a microwabe safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar and milk.

Micorwave on high 'til mixture boils (3 min or longer). Stir in confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. In another micro safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels and water.

Heat on high until caramels melt - about 2 minutes. Stir in peanuts and spread over fudge layer. Microwave chocolate pieces and chips until melted (1½ minutes or so). Spread over caramel layer. Chill until firm.

Make 2 ¾ pounds of fudge. Keep refrigerated until eaten.
