Yield: 64 servings
|¾ cup||Evaporated milk|
|1 tablespoon||Corn syrup|
|1 cup||Packed brown sugar|
|¾ cup||Granulated sugar|
|1½ cup||Miniature marshmallows|
|6 ounces||Semisweet choc chips|
|¾ cup||Chopped walnuts or pecans|
Butter an 8 inch square pan. Lightly butter side of heavy, medium saucepan. Combine evaporated milk, corn syrup, brown sugar and granulated sugar in prepared saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Wash down side of pan with pastry brush frequently dipped in hot water to remove sugar crystals. Continue to boil ten minutes.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in heat-proof bowl. Pour sugar mixture over marshmallow mixture. Stir until chips melt.
Spoon into prepared pan. Score fudge into squares with knife.
Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
