2 teaspoons Red wine vinegar
4 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Cayenne/hot sauce (optional)
2 teaspoons Soy sauce/tamari
½ cup Hot water
2 teaspoons Chicken-flavoured broth powder
¼ teaspoon Veggie-flavoured broth powder
⅛ teaspoon Salt; or salt-free seasoning
\N \N Fresh cracked pepper
¼ cup Nutritional yeast

Mix, bottle and keep refrigerated.
