Caper vinaigrette

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Wine Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
⅓ cup Capers;finely chopped

In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients. Shake well to blend.

Make dressing well in advance to blend seasonings. Store tightly capped at room temperature.

Good over cold chicken salad.
