| ¼ | cup | Wine Vinegar |

| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ⅓ | cup | Capers;finely chopped |
Directions
In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients. Shake well to blend.
Make dressing well in advance to blend seasonings. Store tightly capped at room temperature.
Good over cold chicken salad.
