| 1 | each | Tb Garlic powder |
| 1½ | can | Anchovy fillets (2 oz can) drained and chopped |
| 1 | each | Tb MSG (optional) |
| 4 | cups | Oil |
| 2½ | teaspoon | Dry English-style mustard |
| 3 | eaches | Tb Lemon juice |
| 2 | teaspoons | Steak sauce |
| 3 | eaches | Ds Hot pepper sauce |
| 3 | eaches | Tb Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 | eaches | Tb Wine vinegar |
| 3 | eaches | Tb Catsup |
Directions
Combine egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, anchovies, MSG, oil and mustard and mix with 1½ tablespoons lemon juice. Add steak sauce, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar, catsup and remaining 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice. Beat until blended and thick.
