Cabbage meat and rice casserole

Ingredients

1canTomato sauce
cupRaw rice; (1 1/2 to 2)
1poundsGround meat
1smallHead cabbage
1smallOnion
½Bell pepper
1cupWater; (1 to 1/2)
A little butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a large pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.
