Butterscotch pudding

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
4 cups Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Dissolve 1 cup milk with cornstarch. Add to the melted brown sugar and butter. Add remainder of milk; cook in double boiler until thick. Add vanilla and salt.
