Butterscotch icing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Rich milk or evaporated milk
2 cups Confectioner's sugar; about
½ teaspoon Vanilla

Combine butter, brown sugar, salt and milk in pan and heat until smooth.

Cool slightly. Sift confectioner's sugar into mixture and stir in vanilla.

Spread on cake.
