Butterscotch icing

| ½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅓ | cup | Rich milk or evaporated milk |
| 2 | cups | Confectioner's sugar; about |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
Combine butter, brown sugar, salt and milk in pan and heat until smooth.
Cool slightly. Sift confectioner's sugar into mixture and stir in vanilla.
Spread on cake.
