Butterscotch apple pecan cobbler

| ¼ | cup | Brown Sugar, firmly packed |
| ½ | cup | All-purpose Flour |
| ¼ | cup | Brown sugar, firmly packed |
| 4 | tablespoons | Butter (1/2 stick) |
| ¼ | cup | All-purpose flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 2½ | pounds | Tart Apples, peeled & diced |
| 1 | cup | Pecans, chopped |
| ¾ | cup | Quick or Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked |
Directions
TOPPING
Preheat oven to 375øF. In small bowl, combine Butterscotch Morsels, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; set aside. Place apples in 13 x 9" baking pan; sprinkle morsel mixture over apples. Bake 20 minutes.
TOPPING: Combine flour and brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly.
Stir in pecans and oats; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake 30-40 minutes until apples are tender. Cool slightly. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
Makes 10-12 servings.
