Butterscotch apple pecan crisp

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ pounds Apples;(tart)peeled & diced
12 ounces Butterscotch chips
¼ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Flour
¼ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Margarine
1 cup Pecans; chopped
¾ cup Oats

TOPPING

Place apples in 13 x 9 baking pan. In small bowl, combine butterscotch morsels, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 20 minutes. In medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans and oats; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until apples are tender. Cool slightly.
