Buttered beets and celery

Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons | Onion; minced |
| 3 | tablespoons | Fat; |
| 2 | cups | Beets; cooked |
| 2 | cups | Celery; cooked |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt; |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Vinegar; |
Directions
Saute onions in fat until tender, add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serves 6-8
