Beet salad

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Lemon Jello
½ teaspoon Salt and a dash of pepper
1 cup Boiling water
¾ cup Pickled beet juice
⅓ cup Sugar
\N \N Dissolve Jello in boiling
\N \N Water. Add beet juice,
\N \N Sugar, salt and pepper.
\N \N When cool, add:
1 teaspoon Ground horseradish
2 teaspoons Grated onion
¾ cup Diced beets
¾ cup Diced celery
