1 | pack | Lemon Jello |
½ | teaspoon | Salt and a dash of pepper |
1 | cup | Boiling water |
¾ | cup | Pickled beet juice |
⅓ | cup | Sugar |
Dissolve Jello in boiling | ||
Water. Add beet juice, | ||
Sugar, salt and pepper. | ||
When cool, add: | ||
1 | teaspoon | Ground horseradish |
2 | teaspoons | Grated onion |
¾ | cup | Diced beets |
¾ | cup | Diced celery |
