Easy beets

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ cup Sugar
½ cup Vinegar
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
½ cup Beet liquid
1 can (16-oz) sliced or whole beets

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Add beets. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings.
