Creamed beets

Ingredients

3cupsGrated beets
1tablespoonLemon juice
½cupWater
tablespoonPotato flour
1cupLight cream
1teaspoonSalt
2tablespoonsButter

Directions

Cook the beets, lemon juice and water for 15 minutes or until beets are tender. Drain. Mix the potato flour and cream in a saucepan.
