Butter buds mornay sauce

Measure Ingredient
2 cups WHITE SAUCE (BUTTER BUDS)
1 cup CHEDDAR OR AMERICAN CHEESE
1 teaspoon DRY MUSTARD
1 teaspoon WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

TO BASIC WHITE SAUCE (BUTTER BUDS - RECIPE ABOVE) ADD CHEESE AND STIR OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. ADD WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND MUSTARD TO TASTE.

NOTE: USE ON VEGETABLES, TOAST OR MACARONI
