Mornaise sauce

| ¼ | cup | Swiss cheese |
Directions
In microwave melt butter, add flour, stir until smooth, 1 minute.
Gradually add milk. Beat egg yolks, add whipping cream. Gradually add hot mixture. Add cheese at the end.
