|3 cups||(18 oz.) semisweet chocolate pieces|
|1 can||Sweetened condensed milk; (not evaporated)|
|1 cup||Chopped walnuts|
|½ cup||Caramel ice cream topping|
In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with milk and salt. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts, topping and vanilla. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8 or 9' square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut fudge into pieces. Makes about 2 lbs.
