Broiled beef (yakiniku)

Ingredients

½Head Sliced Cabbage
6Scallions; cut in 1/2 \" slices
1largeSweet potato; peeled sliced
2Bell peppers; quartered
Lots of small mushrooms
2tablespoonsSesame seeds
1teaspoonHot red pepper
1teaspoonMinced garlic
½cupSoy sauce
¼cupSugar
1teaspoonRice vinegar

Directions

Combine sesame seeds, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar into a marinade. Marinate meat for one hour. Cook over charcoal, on a griddle or under a broiler. Dip veggies in marinade and grill. Serve immediately.
