Grilled meat (teppan yaki)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Cubed beef
12 larges Shrimp
1 large Sliced onion
2 \N Bell peppers; cut into cubes
2 mediums Sliced zucchini
12 \N Mushrooms; cut in half
\N \N Cooking oil
1 cup Soy sauce
½ cup Rice vinegar
½ teaspoon Grated ginger root
1 cup Grated daikon (japanese radish)
3 tablespoons White toasted sesame seeds


Using a griddle, or an outdoor barbecue, grill well-oiled beef, shrimp and vegetables until just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper with a flourish.

Eat with the following dipping sauce: Mix all dipping sauce ingredients.

Pour in individual cups. Dip as you wish.
