2 \N | Bell peppers; cut into cubes |
2 mediums | Sliced zucchini |
12 \N | Mushrooms; cut in half |
\N \N | Cooking oil |
1 cup | Soy sauce |
½ cup | Rice vinegar |
½ teaspoon | Grated ginger root |
1 cup | Grated daikon (japanese radish) |
3 tablespoons | White toasted sesame seeds |
DIPPING SAUCE
Using a griddle, or an outdoor barbecue, grill well-oiled beef, shrimp and vegetables until just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper with a flourish.
Eat with the following dipping sauce: Mix all dipping sauce ingredients.
Pour in individual cups. Dip as you wish.
