Grilled meat (teppan yaki)

2Bell peppers; cut into cubes
2mediumsSliced zucchini
12Mushrooms; cut in half
Cooking oil
1cupSoy sauce
½cupRice vinegar
½teaspoonGrated ginger root
1cupGrated daikon (japanese radish)
3tablespoonsWhite toasted sesame seeds

Directions

DIPPING SAUCE

Using a griddle, or an outdoor barbecue, grill well-oiled beef, shrimp and vegetables until just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper with a flourish.

Eat with the following dipping sauce: Mix all dipping sauce ingredients.

Pour in individual cups. Dip as you wish.
