| 2 | Bell peppers; cut into cubes | |
| 2 | mediums | Sliced zucchini |
| 12 | Mushrooms; cut in half | |
| Cooking oil | ||
| 1 | cup | Soy sauce |
| ½ | cup | Rice vinegar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Grated ginger root |
| 1 | cup | Grated daikon (japanese radish) |
| 3 | tablespoons | White toasted sesame seeds |
Directions
DIPPING SAUCE
Using a griddle, or an outdoor barbecue, grill well-oiled beef, shrimp and vegetables until just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper with a flourish.
Eat with the following dipping sauce: Mix all dipping sauce ingredients.
Pour in individual cups. Dip as you wish.
