| 1½ | pounds | Beef tenderloin |
| ½ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Dry sherry |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dry mustard |
| 4 | eaches | Garlic cloves, minced |
Directions
Partially freeze beef. Thinly slice across the grain into bite-size strips. Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar and mustard and garlic; add beef and let stand 15 minutes at room temperature. Thread meat, accordian style, on small skewers. Pre-heat both sides of gas grill on HIGH for 10 minutes. Place skewers on grids; close hood and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is done, turning and basting often with marinade. Submitted By GRANT AMES On 02-03-95
