Broccoli-green pea casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Frozen chopped broccoli
2 \N Eggs; beaten
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Grated sharp cheese
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 can (17-oz) English peas; drained
½ cup Cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli by package directions. Drain. Beat eggs & mix together with everything else except broccoli, peas & crumbs. Butter a 2-quart casserole.

Alternate layers of broccoli, peas & sauce. Make 2 layers of each. Top with cracker crumbs & bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
