Measure | Ingredient |

2 packs | Frozen chopped broccoli |
2 \N | Eggs; beaten |
1 can | Cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 cup | Grated sharp cheese |
1 medium | Onion; chopped |
1 can | (17-oz) English peas; drained |
½ cup | Cracker crumbs |
Cook broccoli by package directions. Drain. Beat eggs & mix together with everything else except broccoli, peas & crumbs. Butter a 2-quart casserole.
Alternate layers of broccoli, peas & sauce. Make 2 layers of each. Top with cracker crumbs & bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
