Broccoli green rice casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (10-oz) frozen chooped broccoli |
| ¾ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 4 | larges | Eggs; beaten |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 1½ | cup | Grated sharp cheddar cheese |
| 1 | cup | Cooked rice |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped canned green chilie |
| 1 | Jar (2-oz) pimentos; chopped | |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse broccoli with hot water to separate; drain well. Saute onion and broccoli in butter until onion is tender.
Combine with eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, rice, chilies, pimentos, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
Turn into a greased 8-inch-square (2 qt) baking dish. Set in shallow pan of hot water. Bake about 40 minutes, until set in center.
