Broccoli green rice casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (10-oz) frozen chooped broccoli
¾ cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Butter
4 larges Eggs; beaten
2 cups Milk
cup Grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Cooked rice
¼ cup Chopped canned green chilie
1 Jar (2-oz) pimentos; chopped
teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse broccoli with hot water to separate; drain well. Saute onion and broccoli in butter until onion is tender.

Combine with eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, rice, chilies, pimentos, salt and Worcestershire sauce.

Turn into a greased 8-inch-square (2 qt) baking dish. Set in shallow pan of hot water. Bake about 40 minutes, until set in center.
