Broccoli with zest

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Evaporated skim milk
3 tablespoons Flour
¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish
3 cups Frozen cut broccoli; cooked and drained
\N 1 SM

In cover jar combine evaporated skim milk, flour and lemon pepper. Pour into medium saucepan sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Stir in mustard and horseradish. Add broccoli and stir until blended.
