Orange broccoli

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Broccoli; separated into spears
Water
2 tablespoons Margarine
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Grated orange peel
½ cup Orange juice
6 servings.

Cook or steam broccoli until tender. Meanwhile, melt margarine, stir in flour and orange peel. Gradually stir in orange juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Serve over broccoli. Calories: 80 per serving. Yield: LOW CALORIE
