Broccoli with lemon

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh broccoli
3 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1½ teaspoon Olive oil
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ teaspoon Chicken bouillon granules
\N \N Garnish: lemon wedges

Cut broccoli into small spears. Arrange spears in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam, covered, 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.

Combine 3 tablespoons water and next 5 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in broccoli. Garnish, if desired.

Makes 4 servings. Per serving: Calories 56, Fat 3g.
