Broccoli salad mold

Ingredients

2packsFrozen Broccoli Spears; <OR>
1bunchFresh Broccoli; cook & chop lightly
4Hard-Boiled Eggs; chopped
1tablespoonGelatin
¼cupCold Water
1cupCondensed Consommé
¾cupMayonnaise
4tablespoonsWorcestershire Sauce
2tablespoonsLemon Juice
1dashTabasco Sauce
1tablespoon(Scant) Salt

Directions

Mix the broccoli and eggs. Soften the gelatin in cold water and add heated consommé. Stir until the consommé dissolves the gelatin; then add the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a ring mold or 12 individual molds. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
