Broccoli salad #1

Ingredients

2packsFrozen chopped broccoli
packUnflavored gelatin
1canBeef bouillon
teaspoonSalt
2tablespoonsLemon juice
2tablespoonsWorcestershire (optional)
2teaspoonsTabasco (optional)
¾cupMayonnaise
4Hard boiled eggs; grated
¾cupCottage cheese

Directions

Cook broccoli for 2 minutes and drain. Soften gelatin in ¼ cup beef bouillon; heat remaining bouillon to dissolve gelatin. Then add remaining ingredients, adding broccoli last. Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Serves 10.
