Measure | Ingredient |

2 packs | Frozen chopped broccoli |
1½ pack | Unflavored gelatin |
1 can | Beef bouillon |
1½ teaspoon | Salt |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | Worcestershire (optional) |
2 teaspoons | Tabasco (optional) |
¾ cup | Mayonnaise |
4 \N | Hard boiled eggs; grated |
¾ cup | Cottage cheese |
Cook broccoli for 2 minutes and drain. Soften gelatin in ¼ cup beef bouillon; heat remaining bouillon to dissolve gelatin. Then add remaining ingredients, adding broccoli last. Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Serves 10.
