Broccoli salad #1

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | Frozen chopped broccoli |
| 1½ | pack | Unflavored gelatin |
| 1 | can | Beef bouillon |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire (optional) |
| 2 | teaspoons | Tabasco (optional) |
| ¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 4 | Hard boiled eggs; grated | |
| ¾ | cup | Cottage cheese |
Directions
Cook broccoli for 2 minutes and drain. Soften gelatin in ¼ cup beef bouillon; heat remaining bouillon to dissolve gelatin. Then add remaining ingredients, adding broccoli last. Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Serves 10.
