Broccoli salad #1

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Frozen chopped broccoli
1½ pack Unflavored gelatin
1 can Beef bouillon
1½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire (optional)
2 teaspoons Tabasco (optional)
¾ cup Mayonnaise
4 \N Hard boiled eggs; grated
¾ cup Cottage cheese

Cook broccoli for 2 minutes and drain. Soften gelatin in ¼ cup beef bouillon; heat remaining bouillon to dissolve gelatin. Then add remaining ingredients, adding broccoli last. Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Serves 10.
