Breakfast sherbet

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Honeydew melon; chopped
3 mediums Kiwi fruit; peeled & quarter
½ cup Buttermilk
¼ cup Granulated sugar
1 tablespoon Lime juice

1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients; process until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a medium bowl; cover with plastic wrap and freeze 3 to 4 hours, until firm.

2. Remove from the freezer and let stand 15 minutes. With an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Cover and freeze 3 to 4 hours longer, until firm.

Each serving (½ cup) provides: 1 FR, 35 C. Per serving: 90 cal, 1g pro, 0g fat, 22g car, 29mg sod, 1mg chol.
