Creamy peach sherbet

2cupsFrozen unsweetened sliced peaches; partially thawed
2tablespoonsOrange juice concentrate
teaspoonGround nutmeg
1teaspoonVanilla
2tablespoonsSugar
½cupPlain nonfat yogurt

Directions

In a food processor or blender, chop the peaches. Add remaining ingredients; blend until creamy. Serve immediately or freeze until serving time. Yield: 4 servings. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION: Serving Size: ¾ cup.
