Basic fruit sherbet

2 \N Egg whites
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Pureed fruit (try cherries; raspberries; canned pineapple; honeydew or cantaloupe melon; or citrus fruit)
1 cup Cold water

Mix egg whites and sugar with wire whist. Blend in fruit and water. Mix well. Chill. Pour into ice cream maker and follow directions for ice cream.
