| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Onion flakes |
| ⅜ | cup | Lowfat chicken broth |
| ½ | cup | White wine or Sherry (up to) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Molasses |
Directions

Bake at 325F, basting frequently for 1 or until well browned. If you double the recipe make sure that the chicken is in a single layer.
