½teaspoonTabasco sauce
1Bottle beer; 12 ounces
1cupSalsa
2cansDiced tomatoes; 14.5 ounces
2cansDark kidney beans; 15 ounces

Directions

Brown hamburger with onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, cocoa, and tabasco sauce.

Add beer, salsa, and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Add kidney beans and simmer 30 minutes.
