All-purpose chili sauce

| 1 | pounds | Red chili peppers, washed & dried |
| 2 | cups | Rice vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ⅓ | cup | Salt |
| ⅓ | cup | Sake |
| 1 | cup | Garlic cloves, peeled |
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until a thick paste is formed.
Use to add some pizzazz to stir-fries.
