All-purpose chili sauce

Yield: 2 pints

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Red chili peppers, washed & dried
2 cups Rice vinegar
½ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Salt
⅓ cup Sake
1 cup Garlic cloves, peeled

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until a thick paste is formed.

Use to add some pizzazz to stir-fries.
